Kasbah Oasis is a small, Marrakech-based trekking outfit working out of Imlil, at the foot of Mount Toubkal. We don't subcontract our treks — every route is walked and re-walked by the same guides who take you up it, so the pace, the stops and the story are the real thing.
Groups stay small, mules carry the weight so you don't have to, and every itinerary ends the same way: tea, a hot meal, and a view worth the climb.
Born and raised in the High Atlas, Saïd is a certified mountain guide and one of Morocco's strongest ultra-trail runners — the kind of local knowledge that comes from covering the same ridgelines at race pace, not just leading tourists along them.
On the trail, that translates into calm pacing on summit day, sharp weather judgment, and genuine local hospitality — tea with his neighbours in Imlil, not a script.

View full itinerary ↗September–October and April–May bring the most stable weather and the least snow on the trail. Winter ascents and ski touring run October–April for trekkers comfortable with crampons and an ice axe.
No technical experience is needed for the 2 to 6-day summer treks — just a reasonable level of walking fitness. Winter ascents and ski touring require prior experience with crampons and an ice axe.
Return transport from Marrakech, your mountain guide, accommodation along the route (refuge or gîte), and the meals listed for each trip. Mules and porters are included on multi-day treks and winter ascents.
Bottled water and drinks, travel insurance, and technical equipment such as crampons, an ice axe or a sleeping bag — all available to rent locally in Imlil.

If conditions turn unsafe, Saïd may adjust the route or reschedule your trip — the mountain, not the itinerary, has the final say.
