Pickup in Marrakech around 7:00am, a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Imlil (1,740m). From there it's roughly 5–6 hours on foot through the village of Aroumd and past the Sidi Chamharouch shrine, gaining altitude steadily to the Toubkal Refuge (3,207m), where you'll have dinner and rest for the night.
An early start, around 5:00am, for the 4–5 hour climb to the summit (4,167m) in time for sunrise views over the Atlas and, on a clear day, the Sahara. Descend to the refuge for a late breakfast, continue down to Imlil, then drive back to Marrakech, arriving by early evening.
